The Chorus :

It`s performed by a female and sounds pretty much like Pat Benatar, but I can`t find a matching song by her, so I guess, she`s not...

I thought you had nailed it with the Triumph song. Maybe they changed their song to "The Best" like Bernie Taupin and Elton John changed "Candle in the Wind" to "England's Rose" in honor of Princess' Di?

I don't know It just sounded like triumph to me. very similar sound. Just not the Lyrics.
also thought the vocal could be Bonnie Tyler.? I'll keep searching.

Ayrton Senna - The Best

No. Ayrton Senna was a racecar driver that used that song as he's theme. I tried looking up the song by the title but it only comes up as Tina Turner or Bonnie Tyler and neither one of them is it.

Looks like "Magic" Senna still leaves a mystery going on

After some search I can confirm that the real name of the song is "(To be) The best of the best", and is a soundtrack song of the movie "The best of the best 2".
