R&B Soul, Rap something close to that

I don't know much of the song, the song was from late 90 early 2000. I don't remeber much of the song, however the music video sticked with me. the girl is striping for money to go to college, and the singers/guys are tiring to convincer to go to school, or the ask here why she is doing this.

In the video they are at a party, the girls are the striper at the party, and she goes to the roof and that what I remember.

Sounds like City High. I think the song is called "what would you do" but I could be wrong
