    Sounds like Dr. John's cover of the Huey Piano Smith tune, "Don't You Just Know It," which was originally a hit in the late '50s. Dr. John recorded it as the middle tune in the "Huey Smith Medley," between "High Blood Pressure" and "Well I'll Be John Brown"
