Please i am looking for this song title or artist

Part of this song was used in the neighbours promo for 2008 and i'd really like to find out who the artist is, the artist is female but i have no clue to what the title of the song is.

Edit: but can't it be Kerry Butler's song? As I read, that she is a singer in real life...
Sorry, it's just a shot in the dark, as I don't know much from this actress/singer...
