Song Heard in Delia's

Hey~
I heard this song in Delia's yesterday, and it's sort of driving me crazy because I want to hear it again.
There was a line that went, "Tick tock, the time goes, the days past the months go".... and it was sung really softly by a woman and it was sort of slow.

Any ideas?

Based on bits and pieces I have picked up, it appears to a song from the animated film, "Beauty and the Beast". It was not in the original film nor the soundtrack. It can only be found on the DVD version.
