Solved: need to find 70's rock song -have some lyrics

Hi,
the song is kind of a slow rock song sung by a guy (with a full rock band) with a kind of high-pitched or whiney voice, kind of like Neil Young or the one guy from The Band. The one lyric sentence I have goes like: "you know we got to get together na na na na na na na"
the na-na-na's are just for effect; they aren't in the actual song
