[rock music]plz help me find artist/title

I heard this song from local radio station..
Its a rock music?? and the only phrase i could identify was,
"...music the greatest communication..."
and nothing else. plz help...........
i tried searching in google and everything but somehow there's no matching
result. helppp...

Hey..I know this is a stupid question,but....you know tha song that plays in the opening of the show...it goes like..ooo lalala, or something?? I can't remember the name and artist, i think its called "oo la la" but im not sure and i dont kno who sings it... can anyone help me out??
