    Default Favorite/Best Keyboard Player

My favorite keyboard player is Keith Emerson (Emerson, Lake and Palmer). His ability to play multiple keyboards and mix music pieces simultaneously are almost unbelieveable. He would stab one keyboard with a hunting knife to hold notes thus freeing up his hands so he could play two other keyboards at the same time. For the grand finale at live concerts, he would strap himself to a grand piano and play while a forklift raised and then rotated the piano (head over heels). The attached link is an example of his insanely fast finger work.

Rick Wakeman (Yes) is my second vote getter.

Chris Lowe of the Pet Shop Boys: Not certain exactly what he does, actually. I just love his music enough to assume he's secretly amazing.

Oliver Palotai of Kamelot : He's simply very intelligent in the keyboard field.

Alex Staropoli of Rhapsody of Fire : He's simply amazing.

Chick Corea : Favorite Jazz keyboardist.

    LOL!!

I dont really know any Keyboardist my name. I would say Michael Cretu from Enigma. I know he's mainly a producer but he owns the same Keyboard as my self, the Korg Oasys. And he is amazing.

Well yeah I know that, but it's all electronic, so, what exactly he's doing with the keyboards as apposed to what's just recorded isn't really known, yeah.

My favourite Keyboard player of all time is Ray Manzarek of the doors, he was so good he could play the bass parts at the same time meaning the Door didn't ever have a bass guitarist.
The best thing about old country music it told a story. The best thing about Blues music it came from inside. The best thing about Rock music is you can make it what you want.
