Solved: Early 90s female vocal, can't remember!

I replied to someone with this thinking they were looking for the same song, but I think i'm wrong.

I can never remember any of the lyrics because she kind of mumbles, the best I could do was hum what I have stuck in my head:

Sung by a female from the 90s, soft acoustic sound, kinda sad. She had a smokey voice, very slow song. It may have been an all female band...right around the time 4 non blondes would have been popular. One line goes Something like: "you turn around, I look right through you." but i'm not sure.

This is an impossible search without lyrics!
