I've been looking for this song for YEARS. Please help!

Ok, so this song might have come out in 2003 or 2004, and I only remember some of the words, but I am desperate to know who sings it and what it's called.

The singer sounded Lebanese, and following are the words I remember from the hook line.

"... Ma ba3rif shu 'l 2adiye. Iza bimshi, bi 'oolo msheet. Iza bi7ki, bi 'oolo 7keet. Shu badda 'l 3alam fiyye? Shu badda 'l 3alam fiyye?"

It was a male singer. I'm really fuzzy on the music video now, it was so long ago.

But, he also says:
