80s/90s woman singer "Shacka" song?

Hello!

I remember hearing this song like 7-10 years ago I think. I just heard it again last night at my work. I believe its an 80s/90s hit.

The song is sung by a woman with a powerful voice (or so it sounds), possibly a black woman.

The only word that I know in the song sounds like she is saying "shacka" or "shagga". It sounds like its pronounced "shaa-k-aah".

She says this word several times in the song, after a quick verse. Its not really included in the verse, its like she sings the verse, then she says the word. I think the verse before she says the shacka word is something about her and a lover, POSSIBLY.

It is an upbeat song, and very catchy; its not a slow love song. I remember it was a big hit, possibly a one-hit wonder.

Any help in finding this song would be great!
