my best guess would be:

Ostani do kraja,
cekaj novi dan,
koji se budi
ljubi me i znaj,
ti si sve sto zelim/volim

does "srce si" means affectionately yours? .. thanks

well.. it is similar in a way that both are used to end a letter
however, srce si literally means "you're a heart" but should be translated as: "you're a darling"
It's used for example when you ask someone to help you with something and than instead of "thank you in advance", you say "you're (such) a darling"

aaaaah, then I did have it right, I doubted myself and my translation I had you're a heart but thought I was wrong!! .. hvala spring!! hugssssssssssssssssss ..

Well... It looks like the text was actually originally in Serbian but anyways, I will PM you the translation.. and if your friend is the one managing the site, tell him to change the title to Literal Translations lol

tongue can mean language in English too, you know. "mother tongue" etc.

You have to take it from context whether they mean you like Balkan tongues (they're more fun to kiss or something) or you like Balkan languages (you're learning them)
