Mixed bag of songs I'm looking for!

Hey all, this is my first post to the forum and these are the top three songs that have been driving me nuts for ages. Can you help?

1. Vintage 80's acid house/female singer:

"you don't really need a crowd to have a party....just a ? to get it started....and dance the night away"

2. Late 80's/early 90's house/techno/male singer singing/speaking "hey, hey, watch ya move (?)" and saying "My name is Gino."

3. About 4 years ago I was in this bodega in Long Beach, CA and I head that vintage 70's novelty song "Popcorn" by Hot Butter played as a Latin song with lots of maracas and a salsa beat, who in the world recorded that?!? I MUST have it!
