the first three words Eih el 3asal dah would literally translate into what is this honey? but it's basically a way of expressing that a girl is gorgeous/sweet.

the rest of the sentence goes as follows: Seriously you are the cutest thing I have ever seen and thank you for the prayer once again. (Mustafa ElSheikh
