well, I heard a song this morning and I was caught by the music of it.... so I would like to know who's the singer

The only thing that I know is that this song belongs to the trailer of a film called "BEFORE SUNRISE" starring by julie delpy and a ethan hawke or sth like that

a romantic film and a one part of the song that I recognized was the following:
