    Default ada sahilleri please...again...thanks

    Hi!
I wrote this some days ago but nobody answered to me, probably because it had one reply.
I found a nice song of Ahmet Kaya - Ada sahilleri, and I think it's one of the few he has about love (becuse he keeps saying güzelim ...) Can someone help by translating it?
    Thanks again for your support.

Another question: does somebody know other songs of Ahmet Kaya about love? Becaue what I've read until now, he doesn't have..(perhaps I read only the lyrics of Yusuf Hayaloglu). Or a nice love song, with a good rythm for dancing (not so slow but with instrumental parts also)?

    Ada sahillerinde bekliyorum
    Her zaman yollarını gözlüyorum
    Seni senden güzelim istiyorum
Beni şad et şadiye başın için
Her zaman sen yalancı ben kani
Her zaman orta yerde bir mani
Her zaman sen uzakta ben müştak
    Her tellakide bir hayalin berrak
    Nerede o mis gibi leylaklar
    Sararıp solmak üzere yapraklar
    Bana mesken olunca topraklar
Beni yad et güzelim başın için.

    Thanks, you specialists!

i'm waiting on the shores of the island (ie, the great island in marmara sea near istanbul)
i'm always watching out for you (literally, watching out for your paths)
my beauty, i'm asking for you from you
make me happy, şadiye, for the sake of your head
    (*)

    you're always a liar and i'm a believer
there's always an obstacle between us
    you're always far-off, i'm longing
the thought of separation in every reunion

where are those sweet smelling lilacs
the leaves about to wither up
when the ground becomes my residence
    (ie, when i'm dead)
remember me, my beauty, for the sake of your head

(*) şadiye is a female name meaning lovely, merry. its formation may interest those who enjoy linguistic oddities (like me).

it starts from farsi şâd (merry). adding y to it makes it noun: şâdi (merriness, also a male name in turkish). since this form resembles the arabic agent noun form, its meaning was perceived as merry again and it was made feminine by adding a t (or h) to it in accordance with the arabic grammar rule. then comes out this strange hybrid word. (note: there are also two arabic words, şâd [m] and şâdiyah[f], of the same form regularly derived from the root şedâ, but this is not it.)
