Old School Funk Jam

I don't have much for you to use to try and name this song & the artist that sings it. But, I've heard quite a few ol' school funk jams and none that I've heard have this exact chorus. Some of the Chorus goes like this, "Aww We Want The Funk, Gotta Have That Funk Aww We Want The Funk, Get Up Off That Funk." I know it's not much to go on but please, can anyone help me?
