the answer:

The first song is called "Please Don't Ever"
The second called "Mancow"

ok, before the band hinder who sings "lips of an angel" hit it big, there was another group that also used the name hinder. after "lips" hinder was signed, they had to change their name. i have no idea what they changed it to or if they are even still around. but they did release an independant album that has mancow and other songs on it.

I have been having the same problem finding information about the songs and the band.

There are 3 bands that use the name Hinder that I have found so far. Here is a bio site on the one you were looking for.
