Need help with one more techno song

I've been looking for this song for at least 3 years now. On that link somebody commented that it could be by "Underground Resistance" but I've spent a good week checking out song after song of theirs and it all sounds like 90s early techno, not even close to how that song sounds.

If anybody can figure this out, you'd be doing me and a bunch of other ppl a huge favor.

I've been downoading all I can find to match it up .

once it gets started sound much like the one on u tube

Eternity Armin Van Buuren & DJ Tiesto Eternity(Remix) is very close but without the bells or dings. But it's all very good stuff.
Comunication with the same as above is also very, very good.
