*Dejgidi is frequently used in these songs, it is an old Macedonian word but can't be translated literally because it was used as an invocation

(neka i e lesna zemjata tose... listen us because we listen and sing your songs...)

"Dejgidi ludi mladi godini" is one of best macedonian songs for me... (at the real all macedonian songs are beautiful) however, "dejgidi" is my dedo(grandfather)'s favourite word and yes, it's a very very old word... I can translate it like " Hey bygone!..."
In macedonian when you talk about very good years and events which are in past or when you talk about them, you can say "dejgidi!" before sentence ...

I did a search for the translation of this song and it came up empty .. I apologize in advance if it has already been translated, if not can someone please translate it for me. Hvala!!

Yesterday, to my surprise, I heard that here in Sofia there's a chapel inside which there's a picture of Tose and altar. I really didn't expect this but it was nice to know that I can go there to light a candle and to pray for him looking at his face:/ of course, I did it.
