Rap song - need help

Alright I was on the way to the beach and I heard the most dope rap song. No idea who sings it, but it was amazing. I have a few lyrics.

It opens really wierd almost like a sampled intro from some oldies song.

then a woman opens up with the chorus of the song talking about a hurricane, a tornado and the such

"hurrican so shattering... blah blah"

then some man starts out rapping "i'm like a tornado... blah blah" it had an amazing beat and featured that woman I was talking about and she seemed to sound of african american descent, as did the man.

can anyone help me out? at first I thought it was wu tang because of the intro, and the rappers sounded like wu tang.. it could be mobb deep. Not sure. PLEASE help me, ill do anything for you.

ahh I wish, but it's not. It was wayy deeper, less hip hop. It sounds like WU tang honestly.. but I don't think it is because I own every wu tang CD. It has a mix of different rappers, maybe 2? then that woman in the chorus. It had a sick beat. a DOPE beat.
