Starts and ends with piano, the middle is screamo...Ringing any bells?

Theres a song that plays on the alternative radio station in a city i often travel to (x92.9 in calgary if that helps) and I really like it, but I never hear the name of the song or band.

It sounds like Dallas Green last time I heard it, and it starts of with the main singer (male) singing along to piano. Its a very sad sounding song and then halfway through screamo comes in with the piano. At the very end there is a piano instrumantal.
