NEED help identifying spoken word song,please!!!

There was a spoken word song about 10 years ago- mid to late 90s, I think.It was a man giving advice to young people about life.The only words I can remember are near the end he said something like the most important advice he could give is take good care of your teeth.The song was played alot during graduation season (spring).Does anyone remember this song?
