i have this old song.. can any one help me with the translation.. someone told me its use it at weddings, its that true?

well, Egyptians use this song in their weddings but we definitely DO NOT. This is a very old song like in the 50's or so and I've been listening to it since i was like 5 years old but what they exactly mean by saying "el 3ataba gazaz wel-selam naylon" I have absolutely no idea.

I have just smthing to add

the line "la 7dana geb wala sayala" means we dnt have neither pocket nor pant-pocket.
el-sayyala is the long pocket found in the JILBAB or QOFTAN which men wear.
The meaning that they r girls and not men.
