Lowe's /Target/pier 1 song

Howdy, I know several large retail stores use the same soundtrack, or like the store I work at (lowes) they all tune into a broadcast that all play the same CD/approves song list. The song i'm looking for is played at Lowe's on our regular loop but is apparently also played at Pier1 and a manager has said that target also uses the same song list. Anywho heres the info about the song :
