LOL... hehe... quite frankly reggaeton is not my cup of tea; thus I don't really know much about it and cannot guarantee for good results

HI citlalli! I have one song from Julio Jaramillo, "Nuestros Juramentos". He is really great.. Wow, u know them old ones too... They don't sing music like that anymore, & its sad. And when they remake them, it sounds too modern and commercial, it kills the songs...
Have you heard of Odilio Gonzalez, and Felipe Rodriguez? These are others I love to sing...

    Ciao!

    Joey

PS; Thanks for the compliments on the other languages. I do have two arabic songs Im trying to work on two are Tamer Hosny's Erga3li, and Nour 3ainy.

Hola Joey! So nice to see you're still around here

You've got then my favourite tune of Julio Jaramillo! I absolutely adore "Nuestro juramento", and in second place comes "Rondando tu esquina", and my husband (who doesn't speak a word of Spanish) loves "Alma mia".

Yes, I agree with you. It's a shame they don't do music like that anymore...

And no, I don't really know much about this sort of music, and the little I know is all thanks to my upbringing and my mother's and grandmother's musical taste

I didn't know Odilio González or Felipe Rodríguez, but I looked them up in youtube already... they're both boricuas, like you!! I liked them both, but I think I liked Felipe Rodriguez a tiny bit more; and in the list of related results other familiar names came up, such as Daniel Santos and Olimpo Cárdenas... ayy! the good old days...

I'm not a big fan of Tamer Hosni, but I quite like "nour 3ainy", and at the moment I really enjoy listening to Mohammed Fouad's "Tamny 3aleik"... do you know it?
