Solved: late 70's or early 80's song. Need title!

There's a pop or soft rock song from the late 70's or early 80's. It kind of sounds like foreigner singing it. There little bit of piano music in it. I don't know any of the lyrics to it though. I think there are female background singers on it. Help! I need the title of song and artist's name.

Hi, you are all welcome. I knew it because "Isn't it time" sounds a little bit like "Feels like the first time" from Foreigner.
