i was thinking something like "Me preparo para acostarme" but i'm not really sure.

u can use:

estoy listo para irme a dormir
me preparo para irme a dormir
estoy listo para irme a acostarme

I would like to know what is being said in this short (15 sec.) clip.

Preparo a acostarse would be "I prepare to put someone to bed" because the -se ending. That's the one thing i know for sure, there's probably something else but idk.

this sentence can be translate it like: I prepare to sleep but in spanish have not much sense...
