Le temps de vivre- Georges Moustaki

I would really appreciate a translation to English of the lyrics from "Le temps de vivre."
I learned to sing this song from an old Moustaki album MANY years ago before I knew much French. I still don't know very much, but I have more or less been able to work out a translation of the lyrics. It would mean so much to me to have a gramatically and idiomatcally correct version to be able to fully understand and what it means. It does have a place in my heart.
