Excellent song with a video, need help!

Yesterday at around 6pm, I was at a bar. The tv was showing a music channel. And before Oasis' video was shown, a song was sung by a young lady.

After all the alcohol, all I can remember was close up shots of her. She had black hair and white pale skin.

The lyrics were along the lines of "I'm sorry, really really sorry, we're sorry...". Those were repeated to a catchy tune.
