Help Identify Song In Hebrew!!

this song has been stuck in my head for ages. it is a song in hebrew and it is by an israeli singer but i cant identify it and would really love to find out who sings it or the name of the song so i could listen to it again.

There is this dance/techno song that I cannot figure out.....it's a long song, reminds me of Enigma music when it get's to the middle of the song....sounds like one of those storybook songs if you know what i mean/it's fast beating and then it slows down toward the middle of the song.....and it has Haddaway's words in it, What Is Love? and nothing else....
I think at the end of the song, it has some girl saying a few words but that's it. I heard this song on a cruise i went on....it was played in a illusionist magic show.....

I don't know the name of this artist or name to this techno song. The words are something like:
