tough one - female singer, past yr - lightheartedly sings woh ohh oh oh ohh

hey there, this one might be tough, might be easy.

within the past year, female singing. alot of is just her voice, not any crazy background music or anything like that.

and she just busts out this "o uh oh oh ohhh, o uh oh oh ohhh" alot in the song that is just beautiful!!! its in my head kinda but i dont remember any of the lyrics, and havent heard it in atleast a month?

dont listen too much radio but i couldve sworn itd be on top 100 as ive heard it plenty on occassion in random places the past year, but didnt find it!!!

The feel & style of the song is kinda like;
-style / voice sounds ALOT like ingrid michaelson but much happier
-style / voice is like 1234 by Feist.
-style is like bubbly but dont think its Colbie Caillat

Sniperwolf! yes i know! i think me, you and chronic fusion know the song, it was pretty popular, popular enough for me to hear it a few times in random places, im thinking it was more of an 2007 song now.
