Default Solved: Cover of a 70s song (maybe), heard in Lane Bryant

I heard a song while in Lane Bryant recently; it seemed to be a cover of a song I remember from the 70s or 80s. I vowed to remember the lyrics so I could find the song when I got home, but of course I didn't. All I remember is the phrase "over and over again," which occurred at the end of the verse or chorus, not at the beginning.

The song is medium tempo (72 beats per minute, I would guess), fairly slow and laid back in feel. It may be in a minor key. The version I heard was sung by a woman. It was not a religious song.

Anybody out there who can assist, given these paltry clues?
