it's a rock song... at first it sounded to me like Marcy Playground's - Sex and Candy...
unfortunately i don't remember much of the lyrics, altho i am sure of this line:

"friday you come on like the weekend"

i think a couple more days of the week come up in the lyrics, definitely "saturday" at some point... i've had no luck with google! can anyone help?
