Like I said, "Ne time" is not wrong. You can see it in Titus Maccius Plautus's Curculio for instance. But it's used by early writers and the poets, i.e. it's more rare.

Negative Imperative in Latin:

Noli (sing.) and nolite (pl.) are used with infinitive to give a negative command. These are the imperative forms of the verb nolle - to be unwilling:

Noli timere - Do not fear

I normally use this form, I knew I was a poet!
