*Just one explanation, "once in a while" is not literal translation of the phrase "koga togash" but it is similar and I thought an appropriate one.
Anyway, the literal meaning is that something will happen sometime, not sure when, but the time for that will come someday

We sometimes say "fala" but it is not literary word, more like an informal foreign form of the word.
