There's a downtempo song that sounds like R&B or soft jazz that's sung by a woman and includes the lyrics "A mother's love is special... to me." I think it's likely this song was first sung or was covered on an album released in the 90s because I remember hearing it then. Somebody else who heard it told me they thought it was an Oleta Adams or Cassandra Wilson song, and by the voice I could believe it, but I didn't find anything in those artists' catalogs that included those lyrics. Can somebody please help me find the artist's identity?
