Greetings all, My name is Laki (yes I'm Greek).

As some of you may have assumed by the thread title, I live in Australia(Melbourne,Victoria to be exact) and I found this site by accident whilst searching for a particular song(greek) that has been bugging me for many years. So while I was on every site known to man trying to track down the name/artist of this song, I stumbled here and quite frankly,I'm impressed with the vast topics available from all over the globe! And some interesting topics too may I add. So before I continue on my merry(understatement) search, which I'm quite positive now on finding it here, I thought I'll drop by this thread first and just say hello to you all and thanks for having me onboard and hope to contribute for you and visa/versa. Laki, you're Greek? But your name also resembles a name in Norse mythology, "Loki". He was a little bit of a trickster, a shape-shifter and stuff like that ... but I'm sure there's no connection at all to your Greek name! It just struck a memory of something that I read a long time ago.

Do you know the meaning of your name? I'm just curious ... my alias is a combination of Roman Janus and Greek Andros.

My actual real name is Angelo(meaning Messenger) but I've been stuck with Laki for as long as I can remember,my original name is never used...Hmmm,dont know why?
Anyway,I dont mind Laki although looking at that Norge name you state makes me want to change it to Loki because I'm abit like that
btw I love Mythology
You do have an interesting name though? How did that come about?
