It definitely came from the 80's... 87 or earlier...
It has kind of a spacey dance beat -- but again it's not the song above... it's not really close to that song. It sounds like something from Kraftwerks...
If you don't know KRAFTWORKS... just thing 80's, TECHNO from EUROPE...
The song contains the woody woodpecker laugh -- in it -- which only plays a few times... and then no other lyrics.
But, there is a guy that TALKS over it -- just repeating the same thing really... only once in a while... not really often... the song -- has a couple of change ups... also... i believe...
IDK... i just remember liking it originally because of the woodpecker laugh -- but it was the BEAT that kept me entertained.......
