Nagat Alsaghera - La takzeby [*]

I present to you my favorite & the best of Nagat alsaghera…I was surprised when I did not find it in sticky..(no one knows about it)
This poem was wrote by Kamel Elshinawy , composed by Mohamed Abd Elwahab.., he sang to , also Abd Elhalim Hafiz , Hani Shaker , Gada Ragab, and a lot of singers..
It is one of our classic Egyptian songs..

لا تكذبي

في كفيه

تلذعني بسوطٍ من لهيبِ
That blister me with a knout of fire
بالهمسِ , بالآهاتِ , بالنظراتِ
With whispering…with Ahes…with ogles
باللفتاتِ, بالصمت الرهيبِ
With sideglances ….with horrible silence
ويشبُ في قلبي حريق
ْmy heart burns
ويضيعُ من قدمي الطريقْ
I loose the road
وتطلُ من رأسي الظنونُ تلومني
And the doubts come out of my head ..blaming
وتشدُ أذني
Tugging my ears
.. فلطالما باركت كذبك كله
cause I blessed all your lies
ولعنتُ ظني
I cursed my doubts

ماذا أقول لأدمع ٍ سفحتها أشواقي إليك ؟؟؟
What can I say to the tears that missing you spilled them
ماذا اقول لأضلع ٍ مزقتها خوفا عليكِ ؟؟؟
What can I say to the ribs that I ripped frightening on you
أأقول هانت؟
Would I say they were cheap?
أأقول خانت؟
Would I say they betrayed me?
أأقولها ؟
Would I say it ?
لوقلتها أشفي غليلي
If I say it ..it will relief me
يا ويلتي

لا ، لن أقولَ أنا ، فقولي

فلستُ بثائرٍِ

فرأيت أنكِ كنتِ لي قيد ا حرصتُ العمرَ ألا أكسره
ً I saw that you were my band that I worrked all my life not to break
فكسرته
ِyou broke it
ورأيتُ أنكِ كنتِ لي ذنباً سألتُ اللهَ ألا يغفره
You were my guilt that I asked god not to forgive
فغفرته
ِyou forgave it

كوني كما تبغين
َ be as you want to be
لكن لن تكوني
But you will not be
فأنا صنعتك من هوايَ ، ومن جنوني
Cause I made you from my love and my madness
ولقد برئتُ من الهوى ومن الجنون
And I am cured from love and from madness.
