Solved: Hard to find 90's Club song

Not sure if someone can help or not..perhaps an older DJ during the 90's.

I used to hear this song in the clubs during the mid 90's and I heard it last night for a brief time on the radio. Me and my friends were trying to figure it out and now its just stuck in my head.

The only lyrics in the song are hard as heck to make out...
It sounds like hes saying something like "Lyin to this girl, your lyin againnn"

The saxophone comes in once and awhile which something sounds like
" dum dum dum dum DEE DAH DAH Dum dum dum dum DEE DAH DAH" a few times then the beat kicks back in.

Thats the best I can describe it..
