    Don´t laugh, I have seen some people doing belly dancing on this - and it was NOT BAD;
    I always asked myself why this music does not touch my heart, maybe its because of the piano.... otherwise the Rahbani brothers use pianos, too - and there I like it...

    Who knows....

    But thanks for posting his music, so other people come in touch with him!

    Yes, it was a veil dance with ballet and jazz dance elements, very floating. I do not remember the songs name, but it was close to the first link you have sent.

    The 2nd was is a typical music we use for fantasy dances in adaption to the old pharaos. something mystical often with lights. But in an other way than Shammadan dances.

    See you!

    Don´t be surprised, all oriental dancers in the western world learn about the culture and the background of this dance. We also listen to Om Khoultoum. This dance is held in high esteem, and is respected as an cultural art.
