Two songs.. one is the first on a cd, one I know some of the lyrics

The first one is the opener to a cd. I can't recognize any of the lyrics at all. It has a very very high guys (?) voice and a techno-y feel to it with strong bass. It is followed by Best Best by Missy Elliot.

The second one, I know the lyrics to the first verse: "See I've been watching for a while/the way you move I like your style/but soon it could be over/if you don't move in closer" Then it sounds like he says "shortcut" 3 times.. but I don't think that's what he's actually saying... lol.

Any help would really be appreciated!
