SOLVED!!!!Desperately need help on this title and artist!!!

I have been searching for this song forever. I heard it at a pool hall and the guy playing it said that the title of the song is called SHE, but I'm not too sure of that. I even tried to search for the lyrics and everything with no luck. He was playing this song on his PSP and he said the band was vp2175... I have a feeling that it was a "video profile" number. Anyways... if ANYONE can help me out and let me know who sings this, what the name of it is and where I could possible download it that would be AWESOME!!! Let me know... Here is all I know of the song:
