Please Help Before i lose my mind trying to find this!!!!

Ok this is a long shot but wondering if maybe just maybe someone can help here! There is a song (I think it is a country song) and i only remember partial lyrics.

Its sung by a few men and part of the lyrics go

"Tell me why oh why"

Or it could be "Tell me why, cant I"

And some more of the lyrics go either "dancing through the clouds" or "bouncing in the clouds, bounce bounce bounce"
(this part is sung softly and hard to hear so it might not be clouds maybe its crowds)


"Tell me why oh why we could put it all together"

Its a fairly upbeat and newer song.

The bouncing bit was demolishing my searches, without them I got:
"We Should Be Together" by The Browns.

They are a country/gospel band, so maybe.
