Is that with the "o" ending for pet names an arabic thing or what? coz u call yourself Miro and I have another egyptian friend who calls herself Lumo... I just find it very strange coz the normal end for female in arabic is the equivalent of "a" (like in spanish)
I'll give u some examples of the ous ways :
Mariam >> Maryoom/a .. roomah .. miro ... marmar hahaha all my pet names ..
Fatmah >> Fattom/a
Salma >> Salloma
Do3a >> Doo ..
Leyla >> Loo
So3ad >> Soso
Yasmin >> Mino .. maybe ..sometimes
I know .. there is one way to make pet names in Spanish Or MeXicano !!
name + ito >> masculino
name + ita >> femenino

Este solamente es tu nombre de cariño (pet name) ---- remember that in spanish (unlike arabic) you always need to use the verb "to be".

Thanks for the explanation about pet names... yeah, in spanish u can use the -ito, -ita....and there are some already specific ones like for example:
Dolores-Lola- Lolita
José-Pepe
Gabriela-Gaby
Jesús-Chucho
etc.
