Solved: Christmas In November???

I cannot find a song anywhere--I know the lyrics--"We're having this years Christmas in November, the doctor broke the news the other day. Little Jebby(?) won't be with us in December and breaks my heart to hear the children say "You're putting up your Christmas tree too early, you shouldn't have to pamper Jebby so...."
I thought that it was Eddy Arnold or Jim Reeves but can't locate it. I listened to it when I was a kid--maybe 1960"s?? Please help, driving me crazy!!
