What the singer sings in spanish at the begining of the song goes like this:

ser o estar (no usado en tiempo presente) (كان - يكون (كون kaan - yikuun (koon)

hacer (to do ) to make 3amal - yi3mil يعمل - عمل

**nota esta palabra se puede utilizar tambien para preguntar COMO ESTAS? es modismo OJO

en arabe existen 2 tiempos

(الماضي al-maaDi) el pasado usado para indicar acciones que han sido terminadas

(المضارع al-muDaari3) el presente usado para indicar acciones que no han sido terminadas todavia y otras situaciones

السنة اللي فاتت رحنا اسكندرية وقعدنا هناك شهر (is-sana lli faatit roHna skenderiyya wa-'a3adna hnaak šahr) el año pasado fuimos a alexandria y permanecimos alli un mes.


امبارح كلمت ابويا في التليفون (imbaariH kallemte aboya fet-telefoon) Ayer hable con mi papa en el telefono

El tiempo pasado es negado es negado agregando el prefijo ما (maa) y el sufijo
ـش (sh) al principio y al final del verbo.

mas tarde pondre un ejemplo ahora tengo que salir de emergencia.

Bueno, respondiendo a tu pregunta: los números 3 y 7 se usan para representar fonemas árabes que no existen en otras lenguas. El número 3 corresponde a la letra llamada "ain" ع y el 7 a un tipo de "h aspirada" ح
