But my friend told me the song is about love.. and the singer is telling his beloved how much he loves her..

but when I've just translated the lyrics you've posted above (by google translate tool) .. i found it a bit different of what my friend had told me!!

and this is not matching with what i'm hearing in the song when i listen to it!! it starts with something like "Ya ta lou, ya botha nep-res...."
