Hey,
This is a really popular song. It sounds like Paulina Rubio or maybe Thalia.
its a fast dance type song. The chorus is like; (spanish is not right, thats just the sounds of it! )
y si waa ti eperando de que tu dulce boca me ..... and then another part is

es saber quiezera ser el manera, es saber quiezera ser el manera...


and then the songs ends with the chic laughing when the music stops!
I can sing the melodie but..

You gave me the clue with "y si waa ti eperando de que tu dulce boca me" read it aloud it sounds like "y sigo aquí esperándote que tu dulce boca..." so was easy

haha! that was the point! I couldn't figure what exactly she was saying but knew thats what it sounded like!
